- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible customer service. never returned my call for an auto quote. After waiting about 8 hours I emailed Barry McCullough and criticized their bad service. He then promptly replied with: "Mike, I was booked all day today and apologize that I wasn't able to respond timely. That being said, your tone is unnecessary and I don't appreciate it.
